Tip: A Giant Set for Giant Triceps

This sweet metabolic-stress giant sets is a nice addition to your pressing work to bring your triceps up. Try this:

  • A1. Rope Pushdown: 12 reps
  • A2. Overhead Rope Triceps Extension: 12 reps
  • A3. Bodyweight Bench Dip: 12 reps
